These terms apply to the Stepsterz app and this website, run by Mohamed MANAI, an individual based in France. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Stepsterz.

Alpha version

Stepsterz is in early testing. Features may change or disappear, bugs will happen, and progress, rewards or accounts may be reset while we test. The app is provided "as is".

Your account

• You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 (16 in some countries) to use Stepsterz.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Fair play

• Steps should come from you moving. Don't fake steps with devices, scripts or modified apps.
• Don't attack, overload or reverse-engineer our servers, or access other players' data.
• Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate someone or contain personal data of others.

We may reset progress, rename usernames, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Health and safety

Stepsterz is a game, not a medical or fitness device. Step counts come from your iPhone and Apple Health and may be inaccurate. Walk safely: stay aware of traffic and your surroundings, and talk to a doctor before increasing your activity if you have a health condition.

In-game items

Gold, shards, Stepsters, titles and other in-game items have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money. They are licensed to you for use in the game, not owned.

Our content

The Stepsterz name, logo, characters, art and code belong to Mohamed MANAI. You may not copy or reuse them outside the app without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages, lost progress or data, or injuries that happen while you walk. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
